Stem
Use brown yarn.

Leave
Use mint yarn.
Rnd 1. ch7, 1 slst in the second ch from hook, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 2 dc in the same st, 1 hdc, 3 sc in the same st, 1 hdc, 2 dc in the same st, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 slst.
Cut and secure the thread leaving enough to sew.
Sew the leave to the body.
