We crochet one place:

3. we crochet 7 sc and cut the thread, leaving the end for sewing. Sew the patch to the body.
Nose:
1. With a black yarn, make 3 ch and in the 2nd from the hook: increase, 3 sc in a strand, sc 2.

Sew the muzzle to the head, filling it. Sew the nose to the muzzle and do embroidery with the same thread, as in the photo.
Ears, tail and paws sewn to the head.
Sew the head to the body.
