You will need:

After connecting the edges, tie 3 vp, enter the hook in 16th paragraph, count to the right, tie the connection. Art. in the 16th p. ( see fig. )
First tie one leg.
Note: when knitting a trouser, it seems that you knit in the opposite direction, in the end you need to turn out your panties.

Now we proceed to knit another leg, it consists of 18 pieces, you can change this amount by reducing the number of additives in the row 13 by one, so the total amount will be 20 Sat.
